Introduction
At Big Joe Lift Trucks, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality material handling equipment that meets your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Returns for Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, you may return it for a replacement or refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Returns for Non-Defective Products
If you wish to return a non-defective product, it must be in new and unused condition and the return process must be initiated within 10 days of receipt. The product must be shipped back to us within 15 days of delivery. There is no restocking fee for non-defective returns.
Return Process
Contact Big Joe Lift Trucks, Inc. at sales@bigjoeca.com within 10 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Securely package the product and include all original materials.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the product to the return address provided with the RA within 15 days of delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process a refund or replacement as applicable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days after approval.
If a replacement is requested, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible.
